So my setting for the ReadyNAS: NFS service is running; Name of share is NFS and is using the default security upon creation; I went in and added the ESXi host's IP address in the Network Access section for root access. Made sure that entries in ESXi are properly case sensitive

The ReadyNas Duo drive has a static IP address assigned of 192.168.0.3. The DCHP Network Range was set to the default range 192.168.1.64 - 192.168.1.253 so I configured it manually and changed the range to 192.168.0.2 - 192.168.1.253.
